Critically evaluate and compare two papers quantitative methodological approaches

2. In Part II (1,500w) you will be asked to run a quantitative analysis of a realistic research situation. The context of the research situation and a data set will be given to you in week 5. In this part of your assignment you will be asked to phrase one or more research questions which are relevant to this situation and the available data set and investigate these research questions with the method(s) you believe that is (are) the most appropriate. Specifically, in Part II of your assignment you will run a ‘fictional’ study on a broad research situation and a data set that you will be given and you will provide a report in which: • you will describe the context of the study and your research questions; • you will present the descriptive statistics which are relevant to your research questions in tables and graphs; • you will describe the method of your statistical analysis with the necessary justification of why this analysis is appropriate for your aims; • you will report the results and your interpretation of these results; and, • you will conclude with the main finding with reflexion on the limitations of this study as well as with suggestions for further studies.
