Include both the strengths and weaknesses of the initiatives taken (e.g. positive actions, missteps and missed opportunities) – (1000 words maximum) Question 2: In light of the final outcome (Erik Peterson’s firing), what would you have done differently to better manage the change initiatives at GMCT and why? (500 words maximum) To answer these questions, you need to pay special attention to concepts discussed during implementing change, communicating change and sustaining change lectures.
