Purpose of assignment: To develop our ability to combine information from different texts with helpful transitions in order to make a successful academic argument. Format: 1500 words, double-spaced, standard fonts, bibliography/works cited page, four sources. In our first paper, we used Stevenson’s’s text as our only source. This time we will use a variety of texts that discuss an issue and look for the different ways the authors treat the subject, using their ideas, analysis and information as evidence for our own arguments.
