Based on these commonalties, determine the steps that should be a part of every ethical decision. There is a great deal of scholarly research and literature published on the topic of ethical decision-making. Research and select a scholarly article in your current/anticipated professional field in which you would like to garner further information on in terms of ethical decision-making. Summarize the article, and then reflect and relate it to yourself, determining how you will apply this information as a professional. Identify the steps you will take to enhance your ability in making and following through on ethical choices based on this week’s research. Support your white paper with at least five scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
