May 26, 2020The very general subject I’ve intended the readings to focus upon is the relation between an individual identity and group identity, whether that is a group identity the individual eagerly embraces, or ambivalently accepts, or actually rejects or even resents–or any thing in between. It is not necessary that your essay reflect directly opon this general subject; I only intend that it stimulate your own imagination, thought, or memory and write and that you find something to write about that would be interesting to you. The Additional material I attached is the reading that my professor gave us to read before we write the essay.
