In this assignment, you are to explain the importance of the elements of crime. You must discuss the role of intent within the crime. How does intent affect the act? The assignment is: Write a two (2) to three (3) page paper in APA format comparing the elements of law versus the elements of a crime. In the paper, you will discuss each element of a law and of a crime. Then you will discuss what makes an action a crime? What would be the significant differences between a crime and civil violation?
