Project 2 – Please use the following direction for the assignment, this essay is the completion and related the content of project one which I have already submitted, please see attached Project 2 requires you to complete the evaluation of your/their selected organization’s program by: –Identifying who will participate in the assessment including a sampling strategy. –Collecting a small sample (e.g., 5-10 surveys) of mock-up data reflecting stakeholders’ evaluation feedback. –Assume that you may have to deal with some political fallout and prepare your presentation accordingly. –Drill down to identify specific problems within the program. –Analyze results and establish a minimum of five actionable recommendations that would improve the organization based upon your knowledge of the characteristics of successful nonprofits. –Propose a continuous improvement strategy. –Detail a plan for influencing key decision makers. –Submit Project 2 by the specified due date that addresses the items listed and consists of 6 pages of content. In addition to the 6 pages of content include a list of references and other supportive information. (Note: Students may use the same reference list for Project 1 and Project 2.) –Demonstrate knowledge and application of materials covered in the course including a solid understanding of evaluation concepts and methodologies. –Clearly reflect excellent, graduate-level writing abilities, including correct grammar, punctuation, and organization. –Adhere to all APA Manual referencing and citation requirements. –Include a reference list with a minimum of five references.
