However, your discussion of these dimensions was poorly structured, very elementary, and at times inaccurate. For example, when discussing ‘Power Distance’, your explanation of the dimension is very ambiguous; you wrongly reference H&M (instead of Hofstede) when explaining what power distance means; you fail to provide a value for France and discuss what it means for this national culture (not to mention the fact that comparison country is entirely missing), and fail to discuss implications for H&M operating in France (or managing French subsidiary from a country of different a value in Power Distance).
