The first paragraph should include key ideas that you found in the text. This does not mean you need to summarize the reading; instead, tell your audience what you believe the important ideas were in the text. The second paragraph is an explanation of your opinion and stance on the reading- what are your views on the points the writer makes, how may you have connected to the reading,what questions did you have while reading, etc. Be sure to fully explain your stance.
