Using the relevant readings from class up until now, answer the following questions related to the Trader Joes case: Compare and contrast the competitive positions/strategies of Trader Joes, Whole Foods and Kroger. What are the key sources of Trader Joes’ competitive advantage? What main threats to it’s competitive advantage does Trader Joes face (in other words, how might it lose it’s competitive advantage)?
