Part two…..In order to prepare students for the job market, it is important that technology is integrated into the curriculum in a meaningful and purposeful manner. In the article “Keeping Pace with Technology Innovation,” McLester (2012) provides tips for educators and districts to keep up with technology innovations and focus on integrating technology in a meaningful, productive, and useful manner. After reading the article, write 1–2 paragraphs discussing what steps you, your school, and district can take to keep pace with technology innovation. Also discuss what leadership theories, traits, or strategies you believe best support your technology integration model as well as future technology integration initiatives. Develop at least three questions you should always ask when considering technology adoption and implementation.
