Please discuss the following in your response: What are some of the complications Johns outlines and discusses related to joining a discourse community? You should discuss and explain concepts such as: Cost of Affiliation, Issues of Authority, Anti-conventionalism, and Conflict Have you ever felt that learning to write or speak in a new discourse community conflicted with your sens of self, your values, and your beliefs? Give some personal examples of a challenge you had joining a discourse community.
