May 26, 2020Essay: The House I live in • You will be doing objective analysis • Use the documentary as a primary source and doing research to compare other sources or voices to the main argument made in the house I lie in • You will be finding three credible sources and use them in the essay (I will provide them for you) • The purpose: is to look at what happens when you bring together different voices on the same topic (in this case mass incarceration and the war on drugs) • You do not need o prove the documentary to be right or wrong • The sources you will get are simply bringing together sources and discussing the effect this has on your primary text. Does the source strengthen the text? Weaken it? Neither?
