I have attached the instructions for this speech (for my public speaking class) as well as an example outline. I need it to be structured very similarly to the example outline, but about the topic of taking care of your body and living a healthier life. Some ideas that I have had to contribute are eating right, sleeping right, and to stay active. The sooner I can get this back the better 🙂
