On December 5, 2017 the US Supreme Court heard the case Masterpiece Cakeshop v. Colorado Civil Rights Commission. Research the case and the arguments that were made by both sides in their appearance in front of the court. Write a response of 750 to the following questions: • What are the constitutional issues that both sides are raising? Explain these in your own words.
